Russ Powers backs Brad Clark for mayor

Retiring Dundas councillor Russ Powers is endorsing Brad Clark for mayor. At a news conference Sept. 16 in Dundas, Powers said he believes Clark understands how government works and will help Hamilton get the support it needs from senior governments.
